Chocolate Raspberry Delight




Raspberry Sauce:

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add mix and beat until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream, oil and beat well. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon into lightly oiled 10-inch springform pan.
  6. Bake 40 minutes.
  7. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
  8. Remove ring and cool completely.
  9.  For the sauce, puree all ingredients together in a food processor or a blender.
  10. Spoon over slices of cooled cake.

 Great with whipped cream or ice cream.
