Party Wings



  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp of each of the following (optional):
  • Parsley, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt



In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients besides the chicken wings and mix together until there are no clumps of brown sugar left. After you have thoroughly mixed the sauce, wash the chicken wings and toss in the bowl with the sauce until all of the wings are coated with sauce.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the wings on a baking sheet making sure there is at least half an inch of space between each wing; this will ensure that the wings don’t stick together. Bake the wings for 25 minutes, then remove and flip each wing. Place back in the oven to cook for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
