This delicious dish makes an impressive brunch or lunch. The taste will impress your guests, and you’ll be impressed with the ease of preparation.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a cookie sheet and arrange the bread slices in one layer on the pan.
  3. Sprinkle ham, onion, and cheese evenly over bread.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard and seasonings. Pour over bread slices.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bread is slightly puffed and edges are golden. Serve.
