In a medium (microwave safe) mixing bowl, microwave 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips on high for 45 second intervals, stirring the chips in between microwaving sessions until all chips are fully melted and you have a smooth chocolate mix. Stir in peanuts and pretzel sticks until all ingredients are covered in chocolate; we broke most of the pretzel sticks in half so it was easier to handle. Form 1-2 inch size balls using your hands and place on to wax paper. Microwave the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup for 45 second intervals, stirring the chips in between microwaving sessions until the chips are melted. Then using a small spoon drizzle the top of the drops with melted white chocolate. Allow chocolate to completely cool before removing from the wax paper or place in the refrigerator to help cool (definitely recommended).
