Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz. cans) artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry with a paper towel
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/2 cup crushed Glutino Cheddar Crackers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

For the Dip

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 ounces BELA Mackerel in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil , drained (about ½ a can)
