  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Glutino All Purpose Flour Mix
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces crab meat (lobster and shrimp work as well)
  • 1/3 cup corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons red pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives plus more for garnish
