Ingredients

For The Cake:

  • 1 bag Glutino Fudge Covered Pretzels, crushed 
  • 1 box gluten free chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed but not baked

For The Frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

For The Cake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Place fudge covered pretzels in a gallon ziploc bag and crush
  • Spread into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan, setting some aside for later
  • Pour prepared chocolate cake over the pretzels
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Let cool completely

For The Frosting:

  • Meanwhile, mix whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
  • In another bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar
  • Mix the whipped cream and cream cheese mixtures together
  • Once cake is completely cooled, spread the cream mixture over top
  • Top the cake with more crushed fudge covered pretzels
