Jalapeño Cracker Nachos

Ingredients

  • Glutino Original Crackers, 1 box
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 15 ounces queso
  • 2 medium jalapeños
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Slice jalapeños
  2. Lay out gluten free crackers on serving tray
  3. Add a dollop of warmed refried beans to each cracker
  4. Add a dollop of warmed queso to each cracker
  5. Sprinkle lettuce on top of each cracker
  6. Place sliced jalapeño on top of each cracker
  7. Enjoy!
